BG Payment and delivery
It is our pleasure to inform our customers that delivery of an item ordered from "Lena Velur" is completely FREE for orders over 300.00 BGN. For delivery to an office of Econt or Speedy, you pay a transport fee of 6.00 BGN plus cash on delivery. For orders delivered to an address specified by the customer, delivery costs plus cash on delivery are charged. Dear customers, orders made on FRIDAY after 6:00 PM, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, and on holidays, are PROCESSED on the first working day. An order made on a weekday after 6:00 PM is PROCESSED the next day. Expect the order to be delivered within three days after it has been processed.
Payment for ordered items can be made by cash on delivery when the courier visits the address you provided, or by bank transfer.
Orders are fulfilled within 72 hours after a phone call from our employee. You can expect a call from our employee within 24 hours after you have placed an order.
In order for your order to be quickly and smoothly delivered, it is necessary to specify the exact delivery address, including a contact phone number, in the „Delivery" field.„Order Details" Please enter the longest possible time frame in which you can receive it. It's best to enter two different delivery time frames between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Please enter your preferred time for receiving the order, as well as any other requirements you may have regarding the order and delivery.
Product Returns
Within a 14-day period from the date of receipt of the goods, the customer has the right to return or exchange them, stating valid reasons and following these conditions:
1. The product must retain its good commercial appearance and the packaging must be fully intact (the item should not be torn, scratched, worn, washed, or ironed).
2. There must be no damage caused by improper use.
3. The original packaging, consumables, and accessories must be kept, if any were included.
4. The transportation costs for returning goods are the responsibility of the customer.
(In the case of an exchange, the customer pays for the courier service both ways).
5. Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays and official holidays.

7. The amount for the returned product will be refunded in the manner in which the product was paid for, i.e., by cash on delivery or via bank transfer. The amount can only be returned to the card from which it was received.
