Invoice Issuance

With every order from us, you will receive a receipt for the paid value of the purchased products. If you wish to receive an invoice, you need to select the „Invoice Details field” and enter: Company Name, City, Responsible Person (MOL), Unified Identification Code (EIK), and choose whether the company is VAT registered.

Return of Goods and Refund

In the event that a refund of paid sums is required for any reason, it will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the initial transaction. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued directly to the same card. Our policy is to ensure that refunds are returned in a secure and transparent manner, thereby protecting the interests of our clients.

A return of purchased goods can be made within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. The goods must be sent to the address of SD "Lena Velur", city of Ruse, Goce Delchev Blvd. 2, tel.: 0887554920, and the shipping costs are not covered by "Lena Velur".

The refund is processed via bank transfer after the goods are returned with a goods receipt (cash memo) and checked by our employee, provided that the commercial appearance or integrity of the goods is not compromised (torn packaging, removed labels, and others), in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.

In the absence of prior notification regarding the return of goods, „Lena Velur" reserves the right to refuse a complaint.

For mistakes made by the customer (incorrect size, quantity, or model of the product), the website is not responsible!
